  • Proof of Funds: Thiel Real Estate & Auctions reserves the right to require proof of funds or a bank letter of guarantee before approving a bidder for high-value items or real estate.
  • Auctioneer Discretion: The auctioneer has the right to accept bids, reject bids, and reopen bidding at their absolute discretion.
